Enrich’s Australia campaigns win second for Loyalty-Campaign of the year

Sepang, 18 November 2015: Malaysia Airlines’ loyalty programme, Enrich, was named runner up for its campaigns, ‘Enrich Luxe Retreats’ and ‘Enrich Hearts Australia’ at the 2015 Mega Awards in San Diego on 4 November 2015.

The two branded campaigns are Enrich’s first collaboration with Tourism Australia.

According to Malaysia Airlines’ Head of Enrich Loyalty Programme, Khairul Nisa Ismail “The airline is pleased to receive global recognition in the Loyalty-Campaign of the year category. Enrich continues to reinvent its programmes to be relevant to its members across all tiers and personalise its offers. We innovate ourselves not only digitally, but also by working with our key partners to deliver rewarding experiences to our members.”

The Mega Awards is an annual event that recognises the very best campaigns and innovative programmes that boost ancillary revenues, customer loyalty and co-brand card adoption in the airline, travel and hospitality industries. The event was hosted by Airline Information, a globally recognized leader in commercial airline/travel conferences.

The competition had six award categories—Campaign of the year, Loyalty- Innovation of the year, Ancillary revenue and merchandising-Campaign of the year, Ancillary revenue and merchandising- Innovation of the year, Travel Co-Branded card-Campaign of the year and lastly travel Co-Branded card-Innovation of the year.

The winners were chosen by the Mega Awards judging academy as the best from a range of companies spanning the industry and the globe.
